*The following terms and condition was revised on March 29th, 2022
1- Pets are accepted in the facilities, except in the rooms.
2- Children of all ages with the custody of their parents or relatives are accepted.
3- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms, we offer designated spaces for smokers.
4- When you enter the lodge you must fill out your Check-in ticket, and write down your passport or identity document.
5- The lodge offers transportation service to the town scheduled with certain schedules.
6- The transportation service to the Airport is paid for those who require.
7- The boat transportation service is included in the rate.
8- Breakfast is included in the lodge rate.
9- Internet is offered in the rooms and rest areas.
10- Forms of payment by card, with the charge of 13% tax.
11- Make your accommodation payments to your lodge.
12- You can make your payments via bank transfer, cash.
13- Check-in from 1 pm, delivery of room. 14- Check-Out must be done at 11 am.
15- The client must inform the administration of the means by which he would arrive at the lodge (boat, plane, car).
16- The client can cancel his reservation 20 days in advance without surcharges. 17- If the client cancels his reservation in less than 20 days, a 50% charge is applied. –note are some that should be noted “can be accommodated for your convenience”
